Q. How do I get books delivered to me?

1. Locate the item using the Library Search.
2. Sign in to your account in the top right corner.
3. Click "Request"
4. Select Personal Delivery: Home Address.
5. You will receive a notification email within 48 hours.  You must reply to confirm or correct your shipping address.

Your items will be shipped via UPS and will typically arrive 7-10 days later.  A pre-paid return address label will be enclosed. You will be responsible for shipping items back or returning them in person.

Home delivery is available to addresses outside Collin and Dallas counties. If you need an accommodation for home delivery on the basis of disability, please contact the lending library. Interlibrary Loan books cannot be mailed because of code regulations.
