Not all e-books are available for download. If an e-book is available for download, many vendors require you to install an app or program before you can download it.

Some e-books require the Adobe Digital Editions app. After installing the app on your device, search for and access e-books through the library website. You can then download books in the Adobe Digital Editions app. If you want to transfer books between devices, you will need to create an Adobe ID and authorize the app under settings.

Some users prefer to use the Bluefire Reader app, which is available for purchase in the Apple App Store. Other PDF readers (Adobe Acrobat) or reader apps (such as Nook, Kindle, etc.) may also work if they support Adobe DRM (Digital Rights Management).
