We do not have the Rosetta Stone software for German or any language, but we have some other materials:

The complete idiot's guide to learning German on your own, which is an ebook. We also have a set of audio discs from Pimsleur, which are meant to help people teaching themselves languages. 

For this and other languages, try searching for the name of the language and "self-instruction" in the Library Search. To get the CDs, take the call number (for example, ICD 00024) to the Main desk in the lobby of Fondren Library.
